     The Departments of Economics and Business Schools at Duke and UT-Austin, and the Center for the Study of Industrial Organization (CSIO) at Northwestern University announce the second in a series of annual jointly sponsored conferences focusing on theoretical work in industrial organization.  Starting with this next academic year, the conference will be held each Fall, and will rotate among the Duke, Texas, and Northwestern campuses. The conference is intended to serve as a forum for presentation and discussion of current research in theoretical industrial organization, with a special emphasis on work by younger scholars.

     The conference will be held this year at Northwestern University starting the morning of Saturday October 18 and ending mid-day on Sunday October 19, 2003.
