Advising
Students seeking advice and information about the program,
or wishing to declare the minor should contact Professor Wolinsky
To declare a minor students will need to fill out the minor declaration
form (available in the program’s office at 2010 Sheridan Road).
The form will be signed by the Program Director and the student
will then take the form to the WCAS Office of Studies at 1922 Sheridan Road.
Students may consult with the director about their course selection
for the minor and their progress in fulfilling the minor requirements.
Students should also meet with the program director for study
abroad review and approval, and for approval of the Petition to
Graduate (during spring quarter of your junior year or shortly after).

Petition to Graduate
Students should file a Petition to Graduate one calendar year before anticipated graduation, but not before the third quarter of their third year. Petition forms for the minor are at http://www.registrar.northwestern.edu/forms/minorapp.pdf. Once filled out, the form must be signed by the program director and returned to the Registrar's Office. (An additional, different form is required for each of your majors.) A Petition to Graduate is required of all seniors.
