Advising
Students seeking advice and information about the program, or wishing to declare the minor can come in during advising hours.
Advising hours, Spring quarter 2012:
Tuesday 10-12 at 2010 Sheridan room 201
Thursday 1:30-3 at 2010 Sheridan room 108
For study abroad credit and any exceptions please come in on Thurs.
To declare a minor students need to fill out the minor declaration form (available in the program’s office at 2010 Sheridan Road). The form will then be signed by an advisor, and the student will take the form to the WCAS Office of Studies at 1922 Sheridan Road.
An EPC advisor can help you:
- declare a minor
- plan for study abroad (including sign the relevant paper work)
- petition to graduate Petition to Graduate (Please bring the EPC Petition to Graduate Supplement and an up-to-date copy of your degree progress report or unofficial transcript)
- plan your EPC minor see see Worksheet for the requirements for the minor).
- request an exception on your graduation form
- request credit from study abroad or courses taken at another University
