Driving to Campus
Take Sheridan Road into Evanston from the north or south. Enter Northwestern at Campus Drive on the southeast end of campus, Entrance A, just off of Sheridan. The entrance is next to Evanston's south beach, and is marked with signs for Northwestern University and Northwestern's Boat House.
Parking is free after 4 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. At other times, you must park on city streets. See the campus map below for the location of the Norris Center.
Public Transportation
Train: Take the Purple Line to Foster; walk east down Foster Avenue. Cross Sheridan Road and continue to walk east through campus. Cross through the main library plaza, and the Norris Center will be just to the east of the library on Lake Michigan.
Bus: #201 Central/Ridge serves campus (Download Schedule). Exit at the corner of Chicago/Sheridan, and walk northeast through the Northwestern University arch. Continue to walk northeast through campus past the academic buildings. You will soon arrive at the Norris Center, which will be on a hill with a drive leading up. Alternately, you may exit at Foster/Sheridan and walk through campus as described in the "train" directions above.
