Other parts of the city's South Side:

As we keep driving around we see more parts of the city's south side. Some areas are rougher than others, and I tried to show that in the following pictures.

Above is U.S. Cellular Field where the Chicago White Sox Baseball Team often plays. Chicago has two baseball teams -- the North Side Cubs and the South Side White Sox. Last year the White Sox won the World Series but this year haven't had quite as good a winning streak.

From these pictures you can see that the housing and stores are not as nice as those in Evanston. What fascinates me, personally, about Chicago, is how I can drive from one side of the city to the other, or from one area to another, and feel like I'm in a completely different part of the state.

Above is a picture of low-income housing in Chicago. I felt like putting this picture next to a picture of the skyline to show the difference in building type and status.
